Church Ops · SermonOps compatible

One church. One connected operating loop.

Church Ops brings the service recording, publishing package, member communication, flexible attendance, church events, public study, elder follow-through, Sermon Analyzer, and Salt & Light into one protected church workspace.

The SermonOps hostname, routes, workers, and integrations remain active as compatibility fallbacks.
01

Open the service

Start the media workflow and one attendance window in the same protected church workspace.

02

Let each person check in their way

QR, one tap, optional phone location, or an authorized leader helping from the member roster.

03

Follow through responsibly

Send church messages, identify voluntary care requests, and connect people to study or Salt & Light only by choice.

What Church Ops coordinates

Church work without scattered identities.

Use the parts your church needs today. Existing media automation stays stable while attendance and church communication grow beside it.

Sunday media

Find the sermon inside the full service, prepare the publishing package, and keep existing SermonOps automation working.

Four-way attendance

Print one permanent church QR, use one-tap response, opt-in phone location, or an authorized leader-assisted roster for non-tech members.

Attendance history

Watch the live service roster, identify people with no response, review check-in method, and export an authorized CSV.

Church communication

Use announcements, event conversations, assigned elder-group threads, and member-to-assigned-elder notes in one relationship-scoped Inbox.

Accountability follow-through

A member can request an elder check-in without copying confidential attendance notes into a broad church Inbox.

Restricted pastoral care

Keep counseling and sensitive care in a separately encrypted, consent-controlled area rather than ordinary messaging.

Events and reminders

Coordinate church events, push permitted reminders, and keep each service or event conversation attached to its real context.

Formation follow-through

Connect the public study and optional Salt & Light practice without turning attendance or spiritual life into a score.

The member phone hub

One clean front door for messages, attendance, and the ministry week.

Scan this installation QR to add Church Connection to a phone. It works as a standalone secure web app for announcements, events, attendance, and permitted leader follow-through. Members who also use Salt & Light reach the same church tools from their existing app.

Attendance without surveillance

Location is optional—not a trail.

A member may let the phone confirm that it is inside the fixed church boundary. The coordinates are evaluated and discarded; church leaders see the attendance result, never a location history. QR, one-tap, and leader-assisted check-in remain available. Attendance never becomes a measure of faithfulness or spiritual standing.
